Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband demands she disable cameras on Montana Ranch: report

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, filed official documents demanding his ex-wife disables security cameras on their Montana Ranch where he’s been staying.

According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Clarkson, 40, was forced to turn off the 13 cameras throughout the ranch. The documents didn’t clarify why Blackstock requested them be disabled.

“Kelly Blackstock shall forthwith turn off all web-cams, trail cams, and any other security cameras at (the address) which are now approximately 13 in total,” the documents read.

The documents claim that Clarkson, who legally changed her name to Kelly Brianne in March will have to provide proof to Blackstock’s attorney that the cameras have been disabled. The documents specifically reads, “specify how that was accomplished.”

KELLY CLARKSON’S NAME CHANGE TO KELLY BRIANNE FINALIZED IN COURT

The outlet reported that the request for camera removal comes primarily for privacy reasons, as the “Since You’ve Been Gone” singer has access to videos and pictures of who enters the property.

Clarkson was awarded the Montana ranch in their divorce settlement, but Blackstock has been allowed to live there through June 1 and pay $12,500 per month in rent.

According to court documents, Clarkson agreed to pay Blackstock spousal support totaling $115,000 per month until Jan. 31, 2024, but those payments would end should Blackstock remarry before that date or if either party dies prior to it.

The talk show host will also have to pay her ex $45,601 per month in child support. Both the spousal and child support payments were to begin on Feb. 1, 2022.

The singer primarily lives in Los Angeles and the couple share two children: daughter, River, 7 and son, Remington, 5. Clarkson was reportedly awarded primary custody and Blackstock is able to have his children one weekend every month.

Kelly Clarkson was mistaken for Carrie Underwood, signed fan’s autograph anyway: ‘That might be illegal’

Kelly Clarkson revealed she once rolled with it after a fan mistook her for fellow “American Idol” winner Carrie Underwood.

Clarkson was the very first winner of “American Idol” but was hardly the last. Season 4 saw now-country superstar Underwood take home the coveted title as well, which Clarkson revealed has sometimes led to a bit of confusion among fans.

Speaking on her talk show Friday, the “Because of You” singer revealed that she once had an awkward encounter with a young woman that approached her for an autograph.

“This girl came up to me and was like, ‘Oh my god, your song ‘So Small’ is one of my favorites,’” Clarkson explained. “And I kept thinking, ‘I don’t have a song “So Small.”‘ And then she said another song and I was like, ‘Oh, you think I’m Carrie Underwood.’”

The topic came up during a game Clarkson played with guests Michelle Buteau and Cheryl Hines in which they discussed how they would react in various awkward situations, prompting the other women to reveal they had similar experiences with people mistaking them for Kim Coles and Julie Bowen respectively.

This isn’t the first time that Clarkson has told a story about being mistaken for Underwood. As Page Six notes, she appeared on Z100’s Elvis Duran and The Morning show in 2016 to tell a similar tale.

“People come up to me all the time,” Clarkson explained.. “Okay, we look nothing alike, we sound nothing alike, there’s nothing about us that’s similar, really, except we were both on ‘Idol.’ People are always like, ‘I love your song, “So Small,” and I’m like, ‘Thank you. Thank you, I think you’re thinking I’m Carrie Underwood.’ It always happens!”

Tim Allen talks 22 years of sobriety, ‘Home Improvement’

Tim Allen has a lot to be proud of.

The actor recently paid a visit to “The Kelly Clarkson Show” and participated in an interview that aired on Thursday, detailing his 22 years of sobriety.

“I’ve been drugs- and alcohol-free for about 22 years,” said Allen, 66, then revealing that someone reached out to him before he got sober.

SINGER DUFFY OFFERS UPDATE, RELEASES NEW SONG AFTER REVEALING SHE WAS RAPED, DRUGGED, HELD CAPTIVE

“Because I had money and I was a star, people help, they enable you to get by,” recalled the comedian. “The program I practice, it’s all about as soon as you get it, you gotta give it away. A kid can’t hold on to all these toys, and every time he sees a new toy, and he goes, ‘Mine,’ you gotta drop one of those before you can grab another one.”

He then noted that “it doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a day-to-day thing.”

Allen also discussed his days on the beloved sitcom “Home Improvement,” revealing that fans still ask him to perform his signature grunt.

“It’s grunt for me,” recounted Allen. “Like I’m one of those little monkeys that does this [clapping hands]. “

TV SHOWS, MOVIES AFFECTED BY CORONAVIRUS: FROM ‘THE BATMAN’ TO ‘STRANGER THINGS’

Another memory came to mind for Allen, one in which a police officer pulled him over and performed the grunt when he saw Allen in the car.

Yet another fan interaction popped into Allen’s head as well.

“I’m up in Sacramento and my wife and I were going through town and the guy across the streets goes ‘Oh, hey!’ — which I like when people think I have to turn around when they just yell ‘Hey!'” he remembered. “I [turn around] and he goes ‘you… tool belt!’… and I went ‘Claw hammer…”

“This world is not like it was in ‘Home Improvement,'” said Allen, noting the show’s significance. “In ‘Home Improvement,’ I believe 24 million viewers on a Tuesday night.”

On the subject, Allen reminisced about live simulcasting an episode on the Space Shuttle Endeavour.

“It looked like it was phony,” he recalled. “It looked like it was floating around in there, doing a tool time. I’ve got all the stuff at my shop, I’m a space freak. I just love that stuff and I said ‘What kind of money was this? Who did this?’ where they’re floating around because the joke was: I was doing a tool time and they’re all sleepy because it was so boring.”

The actor continued, noting that they shot it live from the Space Shuttle Endeavour.

The two also discussed Allen’s memorable performance as Buzz Lightyear in the “Toy Story” films and a young child that thought Allen “swallowed Buzz Lightyear” upon hearing him say “To infinity and beyond.”
