Ingredients
- 2lbs elbow noodles
- 4 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2lbs sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- 1lb Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- Philly cream cheese
Directions
- Start boiling your noodles and follow instructions on box. When completed, mix 1oz oil & 2 teaspoons of seasoning.
- In sauce pan, turn to a mid high temp and allow heavy cream to get warm.
- Add 1lb of cheddar cheese, Mexican cheese, sour cream & cream cheese; stir until a consistent mix
- Spray a baking pan with quick release and pour noodles and cheese mixture into the baking dish.
- Complete with last bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- Bake for 30min
