SMOTHERED CHICKEN
Ingredients
Fresh Chicken Wings $16
1 can of cream of mushroom$2
1 can of cream of chicken$2
2 cups of rice$2
4 cups of chicken broth$3
1 bag of trinity mix$2
TOTAL MEAL FOR 4 $27
Directions
Chicken
cut oven to 350
wash off, tuck chicken wings, season, place in dish
1cup of chicken broth
cover in foil for 30 min
unwrap foil ( Beware of steam)
add cans of cream rewrap with foil and cook for another 30 min
Rice
bring to boil 2 cups of water in pot, 2 cups of chicken stock, 1/2 stick of butter & 1 tsp sea salt
add 2 cups of rice cook for 10 min cut fire off put top on for 10 min.
Brussels Sprouts
in skillet add tbs of oil, minced garlic, add sprouts and season with 1 tbs of garlic salt
plate accordingly
