Smoked Margarita

Iree’s Smoked Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Anjeo Tequila

3/4 oz Grand Marnier

3/4 oz Lime Juice (Freshly Squeezed)

1/4 oz Agave Syrup

Cherry Wood Smoked Chips

Coarse Kosher Salt

Lime Wedges (As Needed)

Directions

1. Fill the chamber of the Smoking Gun Pro with cherry wood chips
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
3. Add the ingredients to the cocktail shaker
4. fill cocktail shaker with a dense smoke using the smoker
5. Shake for 8-10 seconds or until chilled and diluted
6. Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass rimmed with salt
