Ingredients
- 2 cups of elbow noodles
- 2 cans of PET milk
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 cups of sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 cup of Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 1 egg
- Seasoning Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Follow cooking instructions for noodles on the box
- When completed, mix noodles with 1oz of oil & 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix in and let rest
- In sauce pan, bring pet milk to a mid temp boil
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar, Mexican cheese, sour cream and Philadelphia cream cheese; stir until mix is consistent
- Add noodles and stir
- Pour into pan
- Complete with last bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- Ready for the grill… Bake for 30min
