Smash Burgers
- Seasoning
- American cheese yellow and white
- Hamburger Buns
- Bacon
- LTO (lettuce, tomato, onion)
- Pickle
- 1 oz of ea Ketchup, Mayo, mustard and hunny (mix for special sauce)
- Golden petite potatoes
- 1 ranch pack
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1cup of bacon crumbles
Directions:
- Season ground beef to liking, makes – 6oz balls (place in cooler to chill)
- Place skillet on high heat and place smashed balls flat onto pan (use wax paper to smash)
- Cook on both sides until done
- Remove from skillet and allow burgers cool to
- Dress burgers with cheese and additional toppings to your liking (toasting buns is optional)
Loaded Fries
Directions:
- Cut 5 potatoes into 1/4 wedges
- Air fry on 350 for 10min
- Melt stick of butter in bowl
- Add 1/2 pk of ranch season and mix with the melted butter
- Take potatoes out of the air fryer
- Add wedges to the melted butter mixture and toss until coated
- Place on a serving dish and top off with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles
- Lightly drizzle with light ranch dressing
- Top off with the rest of the ranch seasoning
