Ingredients
Can Be Served as an Appetizer or a Meal
- 4lbs of peeled and deveined shrimp (tail off/on is optional)
- 1 stick of Land of Olay Garlic and herb butter
- 2 tsp of Minced Garlic
- 180 ml of white wine
- 1 Loaf of garlic bread
- 1lb of thin spaghetti noodles (optional)
Directions
- Season shrimp with your favorite blackened seasoning and put to the side
- Put the stove on medium heat and then add garlic herb to sauté pan
- Add 2 tsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp; Cook 2 minutes on both sides (use tongs to flip)
- Add your white wine to reduce butter shrimp; Cut stove to low heat
- Cook noodles as instructed on box
- Cut your loaf of French bread at least 2in thick; Butter both sides with the herb butter toast and place in oven at 350 degree until done
- Lastly, place your noodles on plate and top off with shrimp scampi; serve with toast
