Road rage shooting at Lakeland Drive Chick-fil-A

FLOWOOD, Miss. (WLBT) – The Flowood Police Department is investigating after a road rage shooting at a Chick-fil-A Saturday night.

The incident occurred at the Chick-fil-A on Lakeland Drive near Treetops Boulevard.

According to FPD Chief Eric Zetterholm, the victim had pulled into the Chick-fil-A and was shot in the foot.

However, Zetterholm added, the victim was not injured since the round did not make it past the victim’s steel-toed boot.

Police are currently searching for the suspect’s vehicle.
