JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A man died during a house fire in Jackson Thursday evening.

The fire occurred on Rutledge Avenue around 11 p.m.

According to the coroner, the man killed was 68-year-old John Kelly.

His body has been sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy and cause of death.
