JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Jackson Police Department is investigating after a vehicle was shot multiple times before crashing on Tuesday evening.
Detective Tommie Brown tells WLBT 3 On Your Side that the incident happened on Palm Street, which is off Ridgeland Drive near Cooper Road.
