JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson police have arrested a man and charged him with capitol murder in the December 2019 shooting at an apartment complex in the 5800 block of Ridgewood Road.
Twenty-five-year-old Christopher Middlebrook was apprehended Tuesday afternoon.
Officers later learned that an unknown man entered the apartment and confronted Grant about an earlier incident. Grant tried to run away and the suspect followed, when gunshots rang out.
