More sunshine, a few clouds, and mild temperatures will be around into this afternoon! Temperatures are forecast to rise to the middle to upper 70s this afternoon with winds flowing out of the south. We won’t cool off all that much through the overnight hours with lows in the middle to few upper 50s.
Tomorrow will likely be our last day of the work week with temperatures in the 70s before we turn cooler by late week. Southerly flow will continue into Wednesday with highs back in the mid and upper 70s. A few more clouds could be around tomorrow with more moisture around. We should stay dry throughout the day before chances for rain increase overnight.
Scattered showers will be possible during the first half of the day Thursday as our next cold front swings in. Models suggest most of the shower activity should clear out for most of the area around lunch time. With cooler air filtering in, we might only make it to the mid 60s on Thursday afternoon. Much cooler temperatures are expected on Friday with highs in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. We will gradually turn warmer by the weekend before another drop in temperatures potentially arrives into next week.
