JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Mississippi State Department of Health reported 70 new cases and no new deaths Monday.
The number of presumed positive coronavirus cases in Mississippi is now at 307,519 as of April 12.
So far, 7,096 people have died from COVID-19 in Mississippi.
The number of tests administered in the state totals 2,633,209 as of April 4. This includes MSDH Public Health Laboratory tests and other providers.
An estimated 295,569 people have recovered from the virus.
Vaccinations are open for all Mississippians age 16 and older.
