Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2pk McCormick Mild Chili
- 8oz tomato paste
- 16oz tomato sauce
- 1can fire roasted chopped tomatoes with garlic
- 1 frozen pack of Holy Trinity Veggies (pepper, onion, celery)
- 2 cups of rice (optional)
- Shredded Mild cheddar
- Sour cream
- Chives
- Peppers
Directions
- Season ground beef to your liking then cook and drain
- Add veggie blend to pan on mid high temp then add ground beef; stir
- Add roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chili mix (follow package directions).
- Stir real good then allow to simmer.
- Reduce heat for 10 min and continue to stir.
- Once complete, add chili to bowl and top with sour cream, chives, peppers, cheese, and a scoop of rice (toppings optional)
