Herb Garlic Seared Pork Chop over Rice Pilaf
Herb Garlic Marinade
1 Pack boneless pork chops
1pack of Rice Pilaf
1 bunch of Broccolini
Let pork chops marinate for 15minutes.
While pork chops marinade, cook the rice pilaf, and follow directions on box.
Take 1/2 cup water and 1/4 stick of butter, season with 1 teaspoon of chefs Wallah seasoning. Bring to a boil and cut water off. Add desired amount of broccolini and add the lid. Let it cook until chops are done.
Coat bottom of pan with olive oil. Put pan on a medium heat. Remove pork chops out of marinade into pan cook for 2 minutes on each side and add remaining marinade into pan. Cut off heat, add lid, and let it simmer.
Take a scooper (ice cream or small cup. Place pilaf in center of plate, add 2 chops of right side of and broccolini of left spoon marinated in pan over chops and rice. Then serve.
