Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Squash
- 1 Eggplant
- 1pt Button Bella Mushrooms
- 16oz Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions
- Cut squash and zucchini in 1/2” rounds, remove outer layer of eggplant and cut it down the middle and into halves
- Allow veggies to marinate in the balsamic vinaigrette for an hour
- Now they are ready for grill
- Cook the veggies for 20 mins and away from direct heat
