Ingredients
- 1 Pack of Drumsticks
- 1 Pack of Wings
- 1 Pack of Leg Quarters
- McCormick Grill Mates Chicken Seasoning
- Paprika
- Garlic Salt
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Season chicken with McCormick Grill Mates Chicken Seasonings, paprika, garlic salt and garlic powder to your liking on all sides of the chicken in a pan; wrap the pan or place a lid on the pan and put it in a cooler or refrigerator overnight
- Light grill with charcoal evenly or use propane
- Heat grill to 300 degrees (coals turn white)
- Remove chicken from cooler or refrigerator
- Take 2 caps of oil to rub chicken down or spray with a easy release oil (ex. Pam)
- Place all chicken bone-side down
- Cook for 15 minutes on bone side; flip and cook for 10 minutes
- Flip back on bone side
- Close grill top and open vent valve 1/2; cook until internal temp reaches 165
