Junior is a 36lb Hound mix of some type. He’s cute as a button! Junior was found a stray dog almost a year ago and no one reclaimed him. He was Heartworm positive when he made his way to us, and is now negative. Junior would like for everyone to know that shelter life is not his groove. He craves affection and love, and the busyness of the shelter environment is a bit much for him. Despite multiple feedings every day, he just can’t seem to get any weight on. Also why he is now bunking at Chipper & Coco, in hopes that a new scene will be a better fit until his new family finds him. Junior would do well in a home with children to play with, along with snuggle time later. Field trips with the family would be greatly enjoyed, as he seems to enjoy car rides.
