Ingredients
- 2lbs of ground beef or breakfast meat
- 1 can of cream of chicken
- 1 can of hot Rotel
- 1lb of easy melt Piggly Wiggly mild cheddar cheese
- 4 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1lb of cream cheese
- 2 cups of sour cream
Directions
- In a pan, cook meat of choice until well done
- Drain grease off meat and place the meat back into the pan
- Cut all of the cheeses into small blocks
- In the pan, add can of cream of chicken, drained Rotel, heavy cream and all of the cheeses
- Bring to a medium temp and stir until all cheeses are blended together smoothly
- Pour into tailgate serving dish and serve with your favorite tortilla chips
