JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Ten Jackson State football players earned all-conference honors after yet another SWAC Championship berth.

Five of the defending HBCU National Champions and SWAC Champions were named to the first team, including the conference leader in rushing yards (1,027 yards on the ground), Ahmad Miller, offensive lineman Brian Williams Jr., offensive lineman D’Andre Townes-Blue, and the Tigers tackle leaders, Quincy Ivory and Reid Pulliam.

Canton native JaCobian Morgan was named to the second team despite the starting quarterback missing the last four regular-season games. Wide receiver Nate Rembert, offensive lineman Quaveon Davis, defensive tackle and Holmes County native Jeremiah Williams, and defensive back Kam Sallis round out the nominees representing Jackson State.

Morgan recorded 1,183 passing yards, 265 rushing yards, and 13 total touchdowns.

Rembert led the team in receiving with 42 receptions for 690 yards while also tallying seven touchdowns.

Jackson State will face Prairie View A&M on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 1 p.m. in the 2025 Pepsi SWAC Football Championship Game at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.
